The Tour de Lavender is an annual cycling event sponsored by the Peninsula Trails Coalition (PTC) in partnership with lavender farms in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley. Through the Tour de Lavender (TdL) we seek to promote awareness and appreciation of the unique beauty of the Olympic Peninsula and the world-class lavender farms in “America’s Provence.”  TdL has become the premier regional cycling event for riders from beginner to expert, and a way to experience a whole new world of cycling adventure on the Olympic Peninsula. Since 2013, more than $135,000 in proceeds from the Tour have been donated to local non-profits.

Date for 2026 TBD. Likely August 2, 2026

Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley is the kind of landscape that invites exploration. Ridges roll into vineyards, a river braids through quiet meadows and narrow backroads slip between forests and farmland. Grants Pass, shaped by its connection to the Rogue River but with a future increasingly built for bikes, opens the door to miles of winding routes that carry you deeper into the valley’s mix of wild country and working land. Grants Pass is home to the iconic “It’s the Climate” sign, first hung in 1915 and now a beloved local emblem.

August 29, 2026

This year, both the 58-mile and 32-mile routes will start and finish at Tolt-McDonald Park in Snoqualmie. Riders will pedal through the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley on a loop that includes hard-packed gravel along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and country roads.
